Dr John Davis is the Principal of the Occupational HealthAssessment Centre.
He has consulted almost exclusively in the field of occupational medicine for the past 30 years and has provided consultancy services in Occupational Health & Safety to a large number of national organisations in the fields of mining, construction, manufacturing, education and transport.
These services included strategic planning for provision of occupational health, assessment/management and rehabilitation of injured workers, formulation of preventative programmes, training and claims management.
He is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine, American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine, Australian Association of Musculoskeletal Medicine, Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine and Ergonomics Society of Australia & New Zealand. He is an accredited Eisernhagen functional capacity evaluator.
He has completed the training modules under AMA IV and AMA V and is a Trained Assessor of Permanent Impairment under AMA IV/MAA Guides.
He currently conducts medical assessments in Bondi, Coffs Harbour, Ballina, Lismore, Byron Bay, Gold Coast and other regional areas by appointment.
